New construction projects begin with a detailed conversation. We also review general site information, including size, orientation, and any environmental factors that may influence the design.

Once we’ve aligned on the project scope and goals, we formalize our collaboration with a contract. This document details the scope of work, design services, deliverables, and design fee ensuring clarity and mutual understanding before moving forward.

Architectural Consultation & Plan Review
If architectural plans have already been completed, we review them to provide design feedback and suggest any refinements to enhance flow, functionality, and aesthetic cohesion. If plans are still in development, we collaborate with the architect to shape the home’s design from the ground up, ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision.

With the architectural framework in place, we begin the interior design process. This includes concept development, material selection, and furniture and fixture sourcing.
